Sales Policy

DEPOSIT: To reserve a rabbit you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rabbit’s price.

DEPOSIT REFUND: Your deposit is non-refundable. It will only be refunded if the rabbit you have put the deposit on becomes sick or dies in our care or if it dies within 48 hours of you taking it home. It will not be refunded if the death was caused by you or anyone/thing that interacts with it after it leaves our care. We will also refund any deposit if we cancel the sale for any reason.

BALANCE: The balance must be paid in full either in cash or via PayPal in person at the time of pickup before you leave with the rabbit.

PAYMENT: We accept cash or PayPal for all payment. Please do not send cash through the mail.

PICK-UP: We will arrange pick-up at a local parking lot or local business near us. We have a closed rabbitry because we care deeply about our rabbits and would not want to bring any illness into our rabbitry. Please bring a large cardboard box or carrier with timothy hay to take the rabbit home in. The rabbit will not enjoy sitting on your lap. We do not ship our rabbits.

PRICE: Prices typically range between $100 and $200 but will vary depending on the color and quality of each rabbit.

GUARANTEE: We will never sell a bunny until it is at least 8 weeks old. We may however hold it longer until we feel the bunny is in good health.

We guarantee that at the time of purchase the rabbit is healthy to the best of our knowledge. (We would never sell a rabbit that we know is ill or aggressive in any way.)

Other than the minimum age and general health noted above, we provide no other warranties.

Our guarantee is limited to a refund of the monies paid to us for the rabbit.

We do our best to determine gender, color, and quality but you are responsible for looking over the rabbit before you take it home. We cannot guarantee how any rabbit will perform in a show. We try our best to make sure any rabbit we sell as a show rabbit has no disqualifications but we may miss something. We cannot guarantee how and if any rabbit will reproduce. We can only provide the information on how its parents and/or siblings have reproduced. Again, you are responsible for looking over the rabbit before taking it home.

If you no longer want the rabbit or can no longer take care of the rabbit, for what ever reason, you must offer the rabbit to us without a refund before offering it to anyone else or selling it.
